Xiao Li is a student and is always very busy.

This weekend, he decided to take a break.

Tā dǎsuàn hé tā de péngyǒumen qù fùjìn de gōngyuán. 

He plans to go to the nearby park with his friends.  

他 看 了 看 天气，天气 很 好，这 让 小李 非常 高兴。   {Play}

Tā kàn le kàn tiānqì, tiānqì hěn hǎo, zhè ràng Xiǎo Lǐ fēicháng gāoxìng.  

He checked the weather, and it was very good, which made Xiao Li very happy.

Xīngqīliù zǎoshang, Xiǎo Lǐ hěn zǎo qǐchuáng, zhǔnbèi hǎole dōngxī. 

On Saturday morning, Xiao Li got up early and prepared everything.

Around ten o’clock, he met his three friends at the entrance of the park.

In the park, they found a good spot and put down their things.

Xiao Li and his friends started playing games.  

他们 先 玩了 球，然后 玩 其他 游戏。   {Play}

Tāmen xiān wán le qiú, ránhòu wán qítā yóuxì.  

They first played ball, and then played other games.  

小李 跑 得 很 快，但是 他 的 一个 朋友 更 快，总是 最后 一个 被 找到。   {Play}

Xiǎo Lǐ pǎo de hěn kuài, dànshì tā de yī gè péngyǒu gèng kuài, zǒngshì zuìhòu yī gè bèi zhǎodào.  

Xiao Li runs very fast, but one of his friends is even faster and is always the last to be found. 

中午，他们 在 树 下 休息，吃 了 带来 的 面包 和 水果。   {Play}

Zhōngwǔ, tāmen zài shù xià xiūxí, chī le dàilái de miànbāo hé shuǐguǒ. 

At noon, they rested under the trees and ate the bread and fruit they brought.

They chatted, talking about school and movies.

Although they were all very tired, they were all very happy.  

晚上 时候，小李 和 朋友们 拿 好 东西 准备 回家。   {Play}

In the evening, Xiao Li and his friends packed up and got ready to go home.
